First, please accept our apologies. We will do everything we can to fix this. Please reach out via email within 24 hours of delivery. Please be sure to include a photo of the damage so we may best assist you.

What is the shelf life of the cookies & how should I store them?

Wrapped at room temperature: delicious for up to 5-7 days

Wrapped in the freezer: delicious for 1-4 months

What is the best way to warm-up my cookies?

Place your cookie on a microwave-safe plate, heat for 20 seconds on high, & enjoy!

Do you offer Kosher baked goods?

Our ingredients are kosher, however we do not currently have Kosher Certification, so we cannot advertise them as Kosher

What dietary restrictions do you accommodate?

We offer several gluten-free and vegan cookies and bars! And we are very sensitive to all allergies, when we prepare any products that contain nuts, we are very careful about cross-contamination with our no-nut products.

What is your Gluten-Free and Vegan baking process?

The Bean Bag Bakery is proud to offer our amazing homemade baked goods in a gluten-free and vegan line of cookies, brownies, and bars. While we are not a gluten-free or vegan facility, we take cross contamination very seriously and take great care to keep our products safe. Our gluten-free and vegan baked treats are prepared on special days when we are not preparing our regular items. The kitchen and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before preparation.
