Your favorite summertime dessert is getting an upgrade! Follow these 6 easy steps to make the BEST cookie ice cream sandwich you’ll ever sink your teeth into!
Pick 8 of your favorite Bean Bag Bakery cookies and lay 4 of them on a flat surface with the flat part of the cookie facing up.
Grab your favorite quart of ice cream (make sure it’s super cold!). Bean Bag Bakery’s cookies are SO big you need to upgrade your ice cream from a pint to a quart for this recipe hack! Lay the quart of ice cream on its side. Using a sharp knife, cut the quart into 4 equal sections.
Peel the carton pieces away from each section of the ice cream, and place each section on top of a cookie.
