Your favorite summertime dessert is getting an upgrade! Grab your favorite soft and chewy Bean Bag Bakery cookies and a QUART of ice cream and you’ll have a treat that kids of all ages will go crazy over! Follow these 6 easy steps to make the BEST cookie ice cream sandwich you’ll ever sink your teeth into!
Step 1
Pick 8 of your favorite Bean Bag Bakery cookies and lay 4 of them on a flat surface with the flat part of the cookie facing up.
Step 2
Grab your favorite quart of ice cream (make sure it’s super cold!). Bean Bag Bakery’s cookies are SO big you need to upgrade your ice cream from a pint to a quart for this recipe hack! Lay the quart of ice cream on its side. Using a sharp knife, cut the quart into 4 equal sections.
Step 3
Peel the carton pieces away from each section of the ice cream, and place each section on top of a cookie.
Step 4
Place another Bean Bag Bakery cookie on top of the ice cream to make it a sandwich!
Step 5
Roll your ice cream sandwich in a topping to up the decadence! (think sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, walnuts… the options are endless!)
